Our “no contract” policy

As a part of our commitment to provide our clients with the best possible service we have a “no contract” policy. This means that we don’t force you into a contract just because we offer lower prices than our competitors. This is because we want to earn your business. Instead of locking you in with a contract we just provide you with better service than our competitors at a lower price.

How it works:

When your bid includes a discount for scheduling multiple cleanings you get to enjoy the price that you chose for both cleanings without getting locked into a contract. If you choose not to use us again for whatever reason we will take you off of our schedule, no questions asked. We want you to return as a customer because you value our service, not because we locked you into a contract. This is our way of saying thank you for being our loyal customer.

Example:

If you get a bid and it says that the price for your cleaning is $10,000 but you also have a quote for $7,000.00 if you schedule two cleanings then you can choose the $7,000 price as long as your second cleaning is scheduled by the end of the year that your first cleaning was scheduled in. In this example you would pay $14,000 for two cleanings rather than $20,000 for a $6,000 savings. However, if you only need one cleaning in a year then you can choose the one time cleaning fee of $10,000. All we ask is that if you choose to get our lower price for two cleanings is that you sincerely need two cleanings done within a 6 month time period. However, if you book the two cleanings but then decide that you don’t want us to clean for you the second time then you can simply cancel the 2nd cleaning at any time.

Bid expiration

All of our bids are valid for the duration of the year in which they were issued unless otherwise specified.
This no contract policy essentially means that you can remove yourself from our tentative schedule at any time in the same way that we can chose not to be your provider. Either way all previous bids are expired at that time.
